Dan's Background
Dan Schroeder is the Managing Member of this company. He has
over 32 years experience in the financial services industry, serving in
sales, sales management, human resources, cost estimation,
instructional design, advanced financial services and quality
implementation. Here are a few of his educational
accomplishments:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance,
Concordia University - Master of Science in education psychology (MSEd), Northern
Illinois University, DeKalb, IL - Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), American College,
Bryn Mawr, PA - Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), American College, Bryn
Mawr, PA - Juran Institute benchmarking and Quality Development
training sessions, CT
Prior to starting BeneVentura, Dan worked in law enforcement, as a
college lecturer, in manufacturing as a process improvement
specialist and a cost estimator (Plexus), and as a building cost
estimator for the residential home building industry. His experience
in Financial Services industry includes:
